“ I visited the Garden at the Ritz after a visit to the Prado. It was a hot day, and the garden seemed like the perfect place to be. I got a table by the fountain and the rest went like a dream.I had the fried Andalusian squid with aioli sauce and Tuna tartar with avocado mousse and wakame algae. They were both almost perfect. I accompanied the food with a cold Albarino, the best Spanish white wine. Service was excellent, watching the team deliver their service was like enjoying a ballet performance. All of them were impeccable. Although the food and the wine were of top quality, I think what made the difference was the quality of service. The Ritz of Madrid have reached an impressive height here. Value of money for this level of food and service is very high. ”
